Great location.

Great location! Right in front of the subway exit. Walking distance to many restaurant and shopping area. Friendly staff who can speak chinese. Hot shower with great pressure.

We are not given the remote control of the heater but have to ask the staff to do it for us if we need to adjust the temperature. The reception is not 24 hours. Simple breakfast with cold boiled egg, jam, butter, bread, coffee, tea and juice. Need to walk a few stairs before u reach the elevator.

What was the highlight of Hotel Kota

Best location for shopping and subway Line 1 & 4

Excellent location, right outside subway entrace of two subway lines. The staff were friendly and bilingual at Chinese and English. Great value for its location and facilities including tea and coffee available at all times. Their tea which is a Korean corn green tea is excellent. In addition to the expected basic bathroom amenities, they also provided additional body lotion and toner. Also remember to take Line 1 to get to/from airport AREX, that's the one which requires less walking in the subway station and have elevator access throughout. For vegetarians, this property is within walking distance to the famous Everest Nepalese style restaurant. It is also about 13 minutes walk to Dongdaemun Design Plaza which offers some interesting free exhibitions at times.

The room is a little small and breakfast was only passable. Bathroom, like all Korean bathrooms was messy without a separate shower curtain/booth from the toilet area. You do have to travel up/down one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. Not so much an issue normally expect when going home with a large heavy luggage filled after shopping sprees.

It is very nice hotel for travelers who doesn't look for...

It is very nice hotel for travelers who doesn't look for "all inclusive" service. Very convenient location/price and helpful personnel. WiFi service works pretty well. In general very satisfied with the services. Will get back there next time in Seoul.

The only one concern is that they did clean up our room while being at the hotel.

The bed! The bed is very hard... Pillow also. We didn't have a good and comfortable rest. Sometimes when we woke up in the morning, will have stiff neck n shoulder!!!

Great location. Clean and new. Owner was very helpful in all ways. Would be back to stay again.

Shower towel is very small....they should provide real shower towel not the size of a hair towel.

The hotel just opened and everything is still new and fresh.

The hotel just opened and everything is still new and fresh. Small but nice rooms with a small fridge and windows. No cupboard. Beds are comfy for Europeans. There is an elevator in the building but one should still take half a flight of steps but they come help you with your luggage. The owners are very friendly and helpful (English and Chinese spoken), even helped us with the heavy luggage to the bus station which is close by. There is an elevator in the building but one should still take half a flight of steps. It is located in the shoppers district, Many restaurants and shops close by but rooms are not noisy. It is next to exit 6 of the MRT. Breakfast is simple but fine. Kid friendly.

The only thing I can think of is that prices may go up. We had a special opening rate. One advice: put a towel in the window sill to absorb moisture.
